Mr. Guillermo Saniger-Paré
Infrastructure Group, Middle East and Africa
Guillermo is part of the team responsible for originating and managing infrastructure investments in the Middle East and Africa region. He has over 12 years of experience working in investments in emerging markets and worked in several large high-profile infrastructure transactions. Prior to IFC, Guillermo worked in the Nomura Securities Acquisition and Leveraged Finance team and Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division in London advising Spanish and international clients in M&A and capital markets transactions totaling over $20 billion. Before Morgan Stanley, he worked at Continental AG where he built and led the Asia M&A team, that acquired and sold over $1 billion of equity investments.
Guillermo holds a MBA from IESE Business School, and graduate degrees in Engineering from Stanford University (USA) , TU Delft (Netherlands) and UPC (Barcelona).
